About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Brand Manager to join our Commercial Team in Bogotá, Colombia. As an Associate Brand Manager, you will play a key role in driving brand success with innovative marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute plans, KPIs, and follow-ups for product launches across LATAM, defining consumer needs, strategic approach, and competitive landscape.
  • Product Development: Lead the development of product packaging and GTM key materials, aligned to Business Unit execution capabilities.
  • Financial Analysis: Review and propose a relevant and meaningful portfolio that is accretive in terms of profitability to the company.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, financial data, and category frameworks to support decision-making, provide recommendations, and help resolve issues.
  • Launch Execution: Ensure flawless and timely product launches, leveraging Kellanova's vision and strategies to win with consumers and customers and innovate to support and grow the business.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering preferred.
  • Experience: 3 years of business experience.
  • Skills: Demonstrated business planning & implementation skills (Project Management), understanding of Shopper Marketing strategies, Shopper Activation, Route to Market, Communication (POP, Digital, etc.), and complex analysis.
  • Language: English proficiency.
  • Abilities: Decision making, planning, organization, work methodologies, and analytical skills.
  • Financial Knowledge: Financial fundamentals knowledge.
