About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Brand Manager to join our team in Colombia. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall brand strategy and execution in Colombia, delivering brand results in terms of profit and loss, market share, innovation, and activations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess market data and trends, consumer research, and competitive activity to inform brand strategy.
  • Develop and execute a brand plan that aligns with the company's global strategy and local market conditions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply, finance, and innovation, to drive business results.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure brand performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and trade programs, to drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Work with media, creative, and digital agencies to develop and execute advertising campaigns.
  • Responsible for planning and forecasting demand of designated brands.
Requirements
  • 3 years of total career experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in brand management, marketing capability, RGM, shopper marketing, or CBI and analytics.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Leadership mindset to drive a collaborative attitude to the team.
  • Open-minded and creative to understand current processes.
  • Understanding of financial concepts, analytic tools, and RGM.
