About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for implementing brand strategy that aligns with our brand vision to drive sustainable growth and deliver business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional global and regional teams to execute brand strategy for designated brands.
  • Develop product and packaging initiatives, implement pricing strategies, and plan and execute integrated marketing communication and media plans.
  • Provide recommendations for integrated commercial plans and support in the development and execution of marketing plans to ensure they meet revenue, profit targets, sharing objectives, and monitoring performance.
  • Help develop integrated marketing communications and 360-degree campaigns based on strong understanding of consumer insights, brand strategy, and positioning.
Requirements
  • Delivering results and influencing stakeholders.
  • Marketing experience in the fast-moving consumer goods sector.
  • Clear understanding of our brands and business, including our consumers.
  • Analytical skills and a creative mindset, with a balance of commercial and strategic acumen.
  • Presentation skills, with the ability to present a story in an inspiring and convincing manner.
  • Project management skills, from design to completion, with an action orientation.
