Key Responsibilities:

  1. Translate brand values, creative concepts, and user experience documentation into functional and expressive design solutions.
  2. Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure that our designs meet and exceed their expectations.
  3. Present and substantiate design work to clients and stakeholders, creating prototypes and animations as needed to clarify design concepts.
  4. Develop and articulate design rationale and conceptual thinking to strengthen proposals and pitches.
  5. Provide expert design guidance and mentorship to junior designers.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a senior designer or design manager, with a strong portfolio that showcases your visual and technical skills.
  2. Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
  3. Strong understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, interaction design, and usability.
  4. Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools, including Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
