About the Role

Coca-Cola is seeking a highly skilled Brand Communications Manager to lead the development and implementation of our communications plans. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating engaging content for internal and external audiences, driving awareness of our company's business strategy and impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement integrated communications plans to advance awareness of our company's business strategy and impact.
  • Lead the development of content for internal and external audiences, including social and digital media.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency of initiatives, experiences, and messaging.
  • Provide expert input to Marketing and Market campaigns/initiatives/pieces with a PACS perspective.
  • Oversee Brand communications by coordinating with operations in the implementation of Brand PR plans.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing, corporate communication, internal communication, event organization, project management, crisis management, and sustainability.
  • Advanced written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Strong networking and understanding of the marketing and PACS function.
  • Knowledge of communication and marketing areas, including media, influencers, stakeholders, creativity, focus on public relations, earn communication, crisis management, and prevention.
