About the Role

As a Senior Account Growth Strategist at Infobip Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth for our esteemed clients. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention, your mission will be to foster long-lasting relationships with key accounts and identify opportunities for expansion.

Responsibilities
  1. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain trusted relationships with assigned Tier 1 clients, ensuring their overall health and growth through regular meetings, strategy sharing, and positioning Infobip as a leading player in the market.
  2. Servicing Clients: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing technical escalations, facilitating services and product adoption, and communicating customer feedback to Product teams.
  3. Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional client service and ensure seamless execution of client needs.
  4. KPI Achievement: Meet and exceed quarterly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to gross profit, margin percentage, and cross-sells for assigned clients.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Communications, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B enterprise key account management, customer success, client relations, professional services, consultancy, or business development.
  • Exceptional professional English communication skills.
  • Strong administration, analytical, and organizational skills, with a systematic approach to problem-solving.
Estimated Salary Range:

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
