About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Growth Specialist to join our team at Oracle. This individual will be responsible for driving maximum adoption of our solutions and identifying opportunities for product expansion with high-value clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional business and technical teams to provide timely issue resolution, ensuring seamless delivery of our solutions to clients.
  • Work closely with colleagues to continually improve our services and support to customers.
  • Support the implementation of enterprise-class, mission-critical applications, leveraging your expertise to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Maintain fluency in spoken and written English and Portuguese, facilitating effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
Career Level - IC3

This role involves working with medium-sized clients to develop long-term partnerships, ensuring their continued success through realizing the full value of their investment with us. The ideal candidate will be a liaison between clients and Oracle's internal operations, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Developing and executing strategies to increase client adoption and retention, driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Sharing knowledge and best practices across the CSM team, contributing to continuous improvement and excellence in client service.
Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

The salary for this position is competitive and based on factors such as experience, location, and qualifications. We strive to offer a compensation package that reflects the value we place on our employees' contributions and skills.
