Strategic Account Director

This role is focused on driving growth and success for Amadeus' airline partners in the LATAM region. As a Strategic Account Director, you will be responsible for managing relationships with key clients, identifying new opportunities, and developing customized plans to drive revenue growth.
About the Role- You will work closely with internal teams to resolve client issues and complaints, and maintain effective communication between clients and internal stakeholders.
- Develop a deep understanding of Amadeus' current product portfolio and its benefits for airline partners.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, pricing, and other relevant information.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 10 years of related experience working with airline IT and distribution or as a vendor serving large airline customers.
- Bachelor's degree and proven success in sales, business development, product marketing, or related field.
- Demonstrated ability to develop positive and influential relationships with clients.
- Airline industry technology experience strongly preferred.
- Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
