Job Title: Strategic Account Growth Manager

Location: Remote (Preferably US-based)

Position Type: Flexible schedule - US Mountain Time; Monday-Friday 8 hours a day, 40 hours per week with 1hr unpaid lunch

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Strategic Account Growth Manager to serve as the primary liaison for our clients. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on account management, ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns that deliver measurable ROI.

Responsibilities

  • Client Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop, execute, and oversee marketing strategies tailored to client goals, leveraging our AI-powered solutions.
  • Campaign Oversight: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of projects and campaigns, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze results, and adjust strategies to optimize outcomes.
  • Upselling & Retention: Identify opportunities to expand client accounts and build long-term relationships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management and strategic planning within the marketing or advertising industry.
  • Strong understanding of AI-powered marketing solutions and their application in business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive for results.
