Global Enterprise Account Growth Strategist

Genesys is a leading provider of customer experience orchestration solutions, empowering organizations to create personalized experiences for their customers and employees. Our team is seeking an experienced professional to lead revenue growth for the Genesys suite of products in the West Sales organization.
About the Role:
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to drive revenue growth through direct sales and account management.
- Sell and promote Genesys products to customers, negotiating prices, concessions, and terms of sale.
- Create and achieve monthly territory forecasts, accurately managing forecast to meet quarterly targets.
- Maintain positive relationships with employees, customers, partners, and shareholders as a representative of Genesys.
- Conduct regular progress meetings with the sales team to ensure alignment and goals are met.
- Assist in developing short-term, medium-term, and long-term plans to achieve strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with senior management and executives across functional areas to ensure objectives are met.
- Utilize strong influencing skills to gain acceptance from others in sensitive situations.
- Provide hands-on coaching and guidance to move deals through the sales cycle.
- BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY PLAYERS IN CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- +5 years' sales management experience within the technology industry.
- Ability to hire and train new sales representatives.
