Top Sales Performance Manager Position in LATAM

We are looking for a skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth in LATAM. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership abilities, as well as experience in developing sales programs and setting KPIs.
Sales Role Responsibilities- Hire and train new SDRs and manage a team of 8-10 SDRs to secure qualified sales meetings for enterprise clients.
- Monitor and evaluate SDR performance, providing guidance to maximize potential.
- Ensure effective use of technology tools and prospecting models.
- Collaborate with team members to improve sales development playbooks and results for clients.
- Monitor sales team performance and achieve growth targets.
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, methods, and programs to increase revenue.
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- 7+ years of sales experience.
- 2+ years of leadership experience in sales.
- Background in developing sales pitches and processes from start to finish.
- Proficiency in G-Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools like Apolo.
- Willingness to travel and attend seminars.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to train and develop others.
- C2/Native English fluency.
The salary range for this position is $2000-$2500 per month, with an OTE of $54k-$60k USD per year, plus commission on SDR performance.
