**Job Description**

We're seeking an experienced Service Delivery Specialist to join our growing team. As a key member of our service delivery team, you will be responsible for managing the design and implementation of customers' applications from assigned sales orders.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Utilizing Salesforce to analyze order documentation for thoroughness and accuracy
  • Identifying and communicating missing information to sales before processing
  • Serving as the central point of contact for clients and partners throughout the implementation lifecycle
  • Collaborating with the Install Team to schedule and coordinate site surveys and installations
  • Communicating installation milestones and firm order commitment dates
  • Verifying implementation milestones have been met prior to installation

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong organizational skills, including time management and prioritization
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Technical savvy and proficiency in MS Office tools
  • Project management experience, preferably with a PMP certification
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with the telecommunications industry and a B2B SaaS business model
