Service Delivery Manager

**Job Summary**
As a Service Delivery Manager at Endava, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of our services to our clients and from our clients to their customers. Your primary goal will be to define and shape the best processes and tools for the client to maintain and increase a product's value and manage the relationship between the client and our operational services teams.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Developing Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Contractual Management: Participate in client/internal contract negotiations and ensure that contractual agreements are aligned with business objectives.
- Service Design: Develop and implement service design requirements to meet client needs.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure that operational processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with business objectives.
- Customer Experience: Focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences through continuous service improvement.
- Commercial Management: Assist in the planning and management of the overall financial budget to minimize risk and maximize profitability.
- Problem Management: Contribute to the resolution of problems in a timely and effective manner.
- Service Transition Management: Ensure that new services or changes in services are transitioned into support according to established processes.
**Requirements:**
- 5+ years of experience in delivery of similar ITIL aligned services to SLAs.
- Working knowledge of relevant technologies such as virtualization, networking, shared and dedicated hosting.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
- Fluent English language skills.
