Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Artivion Colombia S.A.S. in Colombia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our presence in Central LATAM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth in Central LATAM.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, decision-makers, and commercial partners to promote our products and therapies.
  • Identify and develop new channels to market, including distributors and 4PL providers, to increase our presence and penetration in the region.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and market trends to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Clinical, and Regulatory, to develop innovative activities and strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of work experience and education.
  • 8+ years of experience in the cardiac and vascular industry, with a proven track record of excellent sales results.
  • Experience in management and development of distribution networks, with demonstrated sales growth.
  • Ability and willingness to travel 50% of the time.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute product plans to motivate commercial partners.
  • Positive, energetic, and professional attitude and presentation.
  • Basic IT literacy.
