- Continuously improve sales and service activities.
- Plan and control annual sales and cost budgets.
- Provide strong leadership and foster the professional development of the team.
- Ensure compliance with company processes, policies, and regulations.
- Proven experience as a General Manager or Sales Director, preferably in the instrumentation/process industry.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Physics, or a related field. An additional degree in Economics is advantageous.
- Extensive experience in B2B sales management.
- Fluent in English, both written and oral.
- In-depth understanding of sales and service management processes.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute result-oriented sales strategies.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Profound knowledge of the Colombian market.
