Job Summary

Pacifica Continental is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Central LATAM CELA (Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador & Peru). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving business goals and driving revenue growth in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales enablement and support

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong understanding of the LATAM market and sales landscape
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
