- Regional and Product G2M Alignment: Build, align, and execute regional and product go-to-market strategies to drive product adoption and sales growth.
- Product Knowledge and Adoption: Drive product adoption in the region, providing sales teams with product knowledge to increase opportunity closing rates.
- Market Analysis and Strategy: Define and develop effective go-to-market strategies and customer segmentations, identifying key areas of growth and building strategies to exploit these opportunities.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with Regional Sales Managers to align key priorities, initiatives, and markets, providing input on new areas of growth for our SaaS offering.
- Product Updates and Feedback: Keep regional team members up-to-date with the latest product features and releases, ensuring a better solution offering for our targeted clients.
- Pipeline Analysis and Enhancement: Work with SOP to analyze the product pipeline in the region, driving clear tactics to enhance and overcome gaps to achieve targets.
- Regular Reporting and Feedback: Regularly sync with HQ to share regional product feedback and insights, bringing attention to specific regional use cases or ICP, pricing, and other market-specific commercial conditions.
- Monitoring and Removing Roadblocks: Monitor and report on pipeline creation, velocity, and conversion, helping to remove roadblocks by partnering with HQ and Regional roles.
- Capitalizing Product Wins: Work with marketing to capitalize product wins and create social proof and positive noise.
- Minimum 8-10 Years of Experience: Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in Telecom Sales/Carrier Sales Management, with a consistent and successful sales track record.
- Proficiency in English: Proficiency in English is a must.
- Messaging Experience: Messaging experience is a plus, and/or CPaaS highly desired.
- Team Player: Team player with strong interpersonal and excellent written/verbal communication skills, able to develop strong relationships with internal and external parties.
- Negotiation and Decision-Making: Experience with negotiating, decision-making, and closing with prospects and customers.
- Flexibility and Self-Starter: Flexible self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced work environment.
- Global Teamwork: Willing and able to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with various technical tools such as Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Salesforce, Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), etc.
