We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Global Sales Development Expert to join our team at Ingepsy. This is a fully remote role, open to candidates from Latin America.

Company Overview: We are the world's largest conference dedicated to the subscription industry. Our mission is to provide a unique platform for businesses to connect and grow.

Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for driving ticket sales and securing sponsorships to help achieve our goal of 3x revenue growth in the coming year. You will track all financial KPIs and meet targeted sales milestones. Your success will be measured by your ability to consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively set appointments and generate leads for ticket and sponsorship sales, targeting B2B suppliers.
  • Utilize HubSpot to manage and track all interactions and progress in the sales pipeline.
  • Drive ticket sales and secure sponsorships to help achieve our goal of 3x revenue growth in the coming year.
  • Track all financial KPIs and meet targeted sales milestones.
  • Foster relationships with senior-level contacts to ensure lasting business partnerships.
  • Possibility to take on end-to-end sales responsibilities as the role evolves.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5+ years in a sales role, ideally with experience in event sales, ticketing, or sponsorships in the e-commerce or subscription space.
  • Proven Track Record of Hitting KPIs: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding financial KPIs in past roles.
  • CRM Proficiency: Strong experience using a CRM platform, with a preference for HubSpot.
  • Sales Skills: Proven experience with lead generation, appointment setting, and converting outreach into revenue.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and maintain a professional image to clients.
  • Flexibility: Ability to adapt and take on varying responsibilities as the role grows.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and project management abilities, with attention to detail and sound judgment.
