**Job Overview:**

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our sales team. This role is focused on expanding our client base and driving revenue growth through targeted outreach and prospecting activities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Identify and qualify new business opportunities through targeted research and prospecting activities.
* Develop targeted sales strategies based on thorough research of potential clients and markets.
* Engage with key decision-makers to understand their business needs and present tailored solutions.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
* Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads and opportunities.
* Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a high conversion rate.
* Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
* Keep detailed records of sales activities and maintain accurate data in CRM systems.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments to refine sales strategies.

**Requirements:**

* Minimum of 3 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in relation to call center outsourcing services, SMB SaaS, or an enterprise sales environment.
* Experience selling and sourcing deals in the US or global market.
* Proven track record of success in business development, sourcing new leads, and setting meetings.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build genuine rapport.
* Strong analytical and research skills to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
* Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, Airtable, Hubspot, and Zoominfo.
* Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
* Written, typed, grammatically correct English is a must.
