About the Role:

This position requires strong communication and sales skills, as the Sales Associate will represent the company, engage with customers, and drive business growth. The Sales Associate will manage both inbound and outbound sales activities, including follow-up calls, complaint resolution, and support ticket management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting Support: Assist with recruiting responsibilities during training and onboarding to gain valuable insights and build a strong foundation.
  • Inbound Sales: Manage customer inquiries about services, provide detailed information, and schedule cleanings efficiently to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Outbound Sales: Initiate contact with businesses from provided lists to establish connections and create new business opportunities that drive revenue growth.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct post-service calls to verify customer satisfaction and promptly address any concerns, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Complaint Resolution: Proactively resolve customer complaints within a 48-hour timeframe, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Support Tickets: Manage the email inbox, responding to and resolving support tickets related to sales, customer support, and complaints, providing seamless support.

Requirements:

  • A strong WIFI connection and dedicated workspace for professional call handling are essential.
  • Excellent English proficiency (both written and verbal) is required to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
  • Sales-oriented individuals with a commitment to achieving targets and delivering exceptional customer service are ideal candidates.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently are crucial for success.
  • A long-term commitment with a willingness to undergo a 12-month ramp-up period is necessary to achieve career growth and development.
  • Dependability and punctuality are essential qualities for this role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make independent decisions are vital for success.
  • Experience with high-volume calling and email management is beneficial.
  • Tech-savviness to quickly learn new tools and technologies is necessary for adapting to changing requirements.
