Key Responsibilities:
- Recruiting Support: Assist with recruiting responsibilities during training and onboarding to gain valuable insights and build a strong foundation.
- Inbound Sales: Manage customer inquiries about services, provide detailed information, and schedule cleanings efficiently to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Outbound Sales: Initiate contact with businesses from provided lists to establish connections and create new business opportunities that drive revenue growth.
- Follow-Up: Conduct post-service calls to verify customer satisfaction and promptly address any concerns, fostering long-term relationships.
- Complaint Resolution: Proactively resolve customer complaints within a 48-hour timeframe, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
- Support Tickets: Manage the email inbox, responding to and resolving support tickets related to sales, customer support, and complaints, providing seamless support.

- A long-term commitment with a willingness to undergo a 12-month ramp-up period is necessary to achieve career growth and development.
- Dependability and punctuality are essential qualities for this role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make independent decisions are vital for success.
- Experience with high-volume calling and email management is beneficial.
- Tech-savviness to quickly learn new tools and technologies is necessary for adapting to changing requirements.
- A self-starter mentality, demonstrating initiative beyond job requirements, is highly valued.
Nice-to-Haves:
