About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Global Business Development Representative to join our team at Sagan. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by establishing new relationships with clients and expanding our existing customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to engage with our extensive client base and present compelling membership offers.
- Educate customers on services and benefits to drive sales and exceed targets.
- Guide leads through the sales pipeline, from initial outreach to successful closure, collaborating closely with the sales team.
- Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
- Deliver post-sales support and follow-up to ensure unwavering customer satisfaction.
- Continuously explore avenues for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, product enhancements, and the competitive landscape.
Requirements:
- Fluent proficiency in English.
- Proficient in Google, Slack, and CRM (ServiceTitan).
- Demonstrated track record of surpassing sales targets in previous roles.
- Exceptional aptitude for customer service and satisfaction.
- Superlative verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a remote work setting.
- Proficiency in utilizing CRM software for lead management and sales tracking.
- Previous experience in a commission-based sales capacity is highly desirable.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities and customer requirements.
