We are seeking a skilled Sales Performance Expert to join our team at HubSpot, Inc.

As a Sales Performance Expert, you will work closely with our sales team to drive business growth and revenue. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in sales strategy and performance analysis to help us achieve our goals.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for analyzing sales performance data, identifying trends, and providing insights to inform strategic decision-making. You will also work with our sales team to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with our sales team to provide coaching and support to help them achieve their targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales performance analysis or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue through sales strategy and performance analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
