Job Summary: Lynx2Market is seeking a highly motivated Global Sales Strategist to lead the generation of leads and meet sales goals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through telephone sales, negotiating contracts with potential clients, and working closely with pharmaceutical companies to promote our life-sciences events.

About the Role:

  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement effective strategies to generate new leads and expand existing relationships with clients.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by providing exceptional customer service, promoting our event conference programs, and understanding the needs of our clients.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate contracts with prospective clients, ensuring that all agreements are fair, reasonable, and aligned with company goals.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor degree in business, marketing, languages, economics, or a related field.
  • Skills: Fluency in English; Spanish and additional languages are a bonus. Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport with customers and negotiate effectively.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales is an advantage, but we offer comprehensive in-house training to ensure success in this role.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
