Job Description
We are seeking an innovative Global Operations Integration Expert to support the evolution and development of our real estate sales and operations processes. The ideal candidate will own the creation, implementation, and maintenance of integrations across various platforms, focusing on data integrity, efficiency, and enhancing the client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership for the evolution and development of our real estate sales and operations processes.
- Develop and maintain integrations across various platforms, primarily within LeadSimple CRM.
- Manage and ensure the accuracy of data integrity and information flow across systems.
- Identify and recommend tools and integrations to enhance operational efficiency.
- Work independently on assigned projects while collaborating with leadership, sales, and marketing teams when needed.
- Protect and uphold the consistency of our information assets rigorously.
- Troubleshoot problems and provide tech support for team (PC, Apple, Android products).
Qualifications
- Experience with LeadSimple CRM (preferred).
- Proficiency in Notion, Zapier, and working with APIs (preferred).
- Strong technical expertise with an imaginative and organized approach.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrity.
- Experience with Google Workspace and Google apps is helpful.
Estimated Salary Range
$2,500 USD per month, commensurate with experience.
