About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Global Sales Expert to join our team. As a sales expert, you will be responsible for developing relationships with customers and delivering agreed-upon portfolio growth targets.

You will be an integral player in our growth strategy, and your impact will be felt across the organization. You will seize the opportunity to make a significant impact as a global sales expert by forging meaningful connections with new customers, bolstering revenue, and opening doors to untapped potential.

Picture yourself as a sales expert who will benefit from constant collaboration, turning your ideas and feedback into strategies to drive your professional growth. This collaboration lays the groundwork for developing customer relationships and achieving agreed portfolio growth objectives. You will have the availability to sell all products and services, including seafreight, airfreight, road freight, customs, and insurance.

This position's main priority is fostering new business growth and 100% account retention of his/her portfolio. Key responsibilities include building relationships with both new prospects and existing customers through virtual meetings, phone calls, and presentations.

You will work with Customer Care Teams to ensure all customer inquiries are promptly addressed. You will collaborate with colleagues across the client's organization to share knowledge and best practices. Stay up-to-date on logistics market trends and developments. Negotiate and close deals to grow revenue.

Manage the sales process from start to finish using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Be knowledgeable about all company products and services. Use all available resources to achieve sales goals. Provide excellent customer service that exceeds customer expectations.

About the Role

  • Sell and promote transportation solutions to new or active customers and follow up sales requests that contribute to the promotion of the company and increase sale revenue.
  • Sales executives with knowledge and experience with transportation portfolio of products and services.
  • Skills: Persuasion, Negotiation, client communication and customer management.
