Client Relationship Executive

Position Overview
As a key member of our sales team, you will:
- Establish and nurture connections with potential clients and internal partners to drive new business opportunities.
- Develop a deep understanding of the challenges faced by prospective clients, and how our inbound marketing solutions can address these issues.
- Consistently achieve or surpass sales targets by closing new business.
- Act as a passionate advocate for HubSpot's diverse range of products and services.
- Engage with highly qualified leads throughout Latin America.
- Collaborate with marketing and technology teams to implement sales strategies as we enhance existing offerings and launch new solutions.
- Contribute your insights, strategies, and innovative ideas to promote our company’s core values, distinctive culture, and forward-looking vision.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English is essential.
- 1-5+ years of sales experience, ideally in a web technology or innovative online product setting.
- Experience in high-volume prospecting environments.
- Ability to conduct discovery calls with clients and effectively communicate value propositions.
- Track record of working within a sales team that consistently meets and exceeds objectives.
- Experience in a startup atmosphere is advantageous.
- Strong focus on achieving personal and team goals.
- Capability to support the vision of the department.
- High emotional intelligence.
- A robust work ethic.
- Enthusiasm, energy, humor, and compassion.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Outstanding closing abilities.
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite and Google Apps.
