Salary: 2000 USD monthly

Overview

The Executive Assistant will deliver top-tier administrative assistance to the CEO and other members of the Executive Leadership team. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role involves providing executive support in a close working relationship. The ideal candidate will possess creativity and thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting. The individual must demonstrate sound judgment across various situations, alongside strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and administrative skills, while effectively managing multiple priorities.

None

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-level administrative support and assistance to the CEO and Executive Leadership team.
  • Coordinate and participate in meetings on behalf of executives, documenting notes and minutes.
  • Manage incoming communications or memos for the executive leadership team, assess importance, and summarize or distribute content to relevant staff.
  • Oversee the tactical execution of gifting and bi-annual offsite events.
  • Manage the CEO's calendar and inbox.
  • Assist in maintaining relationships with the Chief People Officer.
  • Facilitate the registration and arrangements for leadership speaking engagements.
  • Organize travel arrangements.
  • Develop and refine processes as necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.
  • Highly proficient with Google Suite and Mac products.
  • Experience in startup environments is advantageous.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience supporting C-Suite level executives.
  • Excellent spoken English, preferably with prior experience in an English-speaking environment.
