About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Strategic LATAM Business Development Lead to lead our Startup Business Development team in Latin America. As a key member of our global business development team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive adoption of AWS services among startup customers in LATAM.

About the Role

">

You will work closely with our sales, marketing, solutions architects, and other cross-functional teams to identify and engage with top startups and ecosystem players in LATAM. Your primary goal will be to create and execute plans and programs that ensure AWS is the preferred cloud platform and business partner for these startups.

Key Responsibilities:

">

* Develop and execute strategic plans to drive adoption of AWS services among startup customers in LATAM*

">

* Lead a high-performing team across Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Argentina, and Colombia*

">

* Collaborate and partner with other functions (sales, marketing, solutions architects) to execute plans and programs*

">

About You

">

We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated individual who has a deep understanding of the startup ecosystem in LATAM and can effectively communicate the value proposition of AWS to this audience.

Requirements

* Extensive experience working with startups and/or the startup ecosystem(s)*

">

* Strong business acumen with ability to identify and support startups with strong potential to succeed and scale*

* Significant technology-related business development and/or sales experience*

">

* Demonstrated creative problem-solving skills*

The estimated salary for this position is around $150,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
