**Drive Growth and Establish Long-Term Partnerships**

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Client Relations Manager to drive business development efforts and establish long-term partnerships across the Latin American region.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of proven senior sales experience in Market Research, actively consulting clients from diverse industries. You will thrive in this role if you have demonstrated ability to successfully acquire new clients, particularly in the LATAM region, and develop relationships from initial contact to closing (experience in Enterprise selling).

This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated and results-driven individual who is skilled at building and managing relationships in the region. You will lead complex sales engagements, optimize sales strategies, and ensure exceptional client success while solidifying Appinio's presence in the market.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong network in LATAM, especially within major economies like Mexico or Colombia
  • In-depth understanding of the market research industry and familiarity with research methodologies, tools, and platforms
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for tracking pipelines, opportunities, and performance metrics
  • Ability to think and act like an entrepreneur, identifying opportunities, and taking ownership of initiatives
