We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team and drive sales growth in the hospitality sector. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with existing clients, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve maximum profitability, growth, and account penetration within assigned territories.
  • Sell Oracle's products and services to strategic customers in the hospitality industry.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects and existing customers through effective communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Participate in the development, presentation, and sales of Oracle's value proposition.
  • Collaborate with team members to uncover customer needs and provide solutions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
