Responsibilities
  1. Client Communication: Respond to support calls and emails from our clients in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Client Retention: Maintain a high rate of isolved client retention by delivering superior customer service.
  3. Issue Resolution: Conduct research and resolve client inquiries, providing prompt and accurate solutions.
  4. Issue Escalation: Appropriately escalate complex issues for clients and participants, following our standard operating procedures.
  5. Training and Development: Participate in customer service training programs to enhance your knowledge and skills.
