At Ingepsy, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team as a Software Support Specialist. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring that customer requirements are met with consistently high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and escalate technical issues to internal resources for prompt resolution.
- Provide timely updates to customers on the progress of issue resolution.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all support interactions.
- Monitor software support logs to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Determine whether issues require software support or can be redirected to other teams.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality-driven processes. Key qualifications include:
- Advanced use of Excel and SQL handling.
- Bachelor's degree in systems engineering or a related field.
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to provide consistent, high-quality responsiveness and overall service to clients.
- Excellent business English and interpersonal skills.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with opportunities for professional growth and development within our organization.
