Compensation

A competitive base wage of $3,200,000 COL and performance bonus opportunities are just the beginning. You'll also receive a sign-on bonus of $3,200,000 COL and enjoy a range of benefits that support your career growth and well-being.

Job Description

We're looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering outstanding customer service and has the skills to make it happen. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll work with customers from diverse backgrounds, using your language skills to resolve issues and build trust. Your expertise will help us deliver personalized solutions that exceed customer expectations.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to incoming communications from customers in English and Spanish
  • Conducting research to provide accurate answers and resolve customer issues
  • Sometimes upselling products or services to existing customers
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bilingual skills in English and Spanish
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • 1 year or more post-secondary education OR 2 years equivalent work experience
  • The ability to recognize and solve complex customer service issues
  • Proficiency with computers
