We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Sales Strategist to join our team at Maersk. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and passion for logistics to drive business success. You will develop and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed targets, while building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer engagement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Foreign Trade, or a related field (Desirable)
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Minimum 8 years of logistics experience, with proven sales experience in the FMCG Vertical (Desirable)
  • Knowledge of technology verticals
  • Logistics financial acumen
  • Proven track record in assessing customer needs, developing, and selling logistics solutions
  • Negotiation skills by adopting value-selling approach
  • Sales performance management skills
  • Stakeholder management and communication skills

What We Offer
