About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Regional Sales Strategist to lead our sales efforts in a designated territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Achieve annual sales targets by maximizing resources and driving results
- Develop and maintain close relationships with distributors, ensuring seamless technical information flow
- Collaborate with distributors to enhance coverage through geography and/or vertical expansion
- Identify opportunities and risks within the assigned territory due to market/economic trends and regulatory issues
- Provide training on Ansell products, NPDs, and regulatory norms to the distribution network
- Ensure customer satisfaction through product and service knowledge
- Implement efficient administration of product mix and positioning of Ansell brand values
- Participate in workshops, trade shows, and exhibitions

Requirements:
- Graduated higher education in company administration, industrial or chemical engineering
- Mandatory experience in risk assessment and training
- Proficiency in Office 360, especially Excel
- Intermediate English proficiency for written and spoken communication
