About the Role

As a Logistics Sales Expert at Teleperformance, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers and delivering agreed-upon portfolio growth targets. You will be an integral player in our growth strategy, and your impact will be felt across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Build relationships with customers through virtual meetings, phone calls, and presentations.
  2. Work with Customer Care Teams to ensure all customer inquiries are promptly addressed.
  3. Collaborate with colleagues across the clients organization to share knowledge and best practices.
  4. Stay up-to-date on logistics market trends and developments.
  5. Negotiate and close deals to grow revenue.
  6. Manage the sales process from start to finish using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  7. Be knowledgeable about all company products and services.
  8. Use all available resources to achieve sales goals.
  9. Provide excellent customer service that exceeds customer expectations.

Requirements

  1. Sell and promote transportation solutions to new or active customers and follow up sales requests that contributes to the promotion of the company and increase sale revenue.
  2. Sales executives with knowledge and experience with transportation portfolio of products and services.
  3. Skills: Persuasion, Negotiation, client communication and customer management.
  4. Requires a strong customer focus with customer-facing service industry experience.
  5. Solid PC operational knowledge along with Microsoft Office applications experience.
  6. Preferred if candidate possess an undergraduate degree or college certificate.
  7. Strong oral and written communication skills with minimum B2 English level.
  8. Effective presentation and customer relations skills, with excellent listening skills.
  9. Outstanding organizational skills.
  10. Good analytical skills with attention to detail.
  11. Goal-oriented, self-disciplined, and self-motivated to produce results.
  12. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  13. Excellent problem-solving skills.
