About the Role
As a Logistics Sales Expert at Teleperformance, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers and delivering agreed-upon portfolio growth targets. You will be an integral player in our growth strategy, and your impact will be felt across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with customers through virtual meetings, phone calls, and presentations.
- Work with Customer Care Teams to ensure all customer inquiries are promptly addressed.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the clients organization to share knowledge and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date on logistics market trends and developments.
- Negotiate and close deals to grow revenue.
- Manage the sales process from start to finish using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Be knowledgeable about all company products and services.
- Use all available resources to achieve sales goals.
- Provide excellent customer service that exceeds customer expectations.
Requirements
- Sell and promote transportation solutions to new or active customers and follow up sales requests that contributes to the promotion of the company and increase sale revenue.
- Sales executives with knowledge and experience with transportation portfolio of products and services.
- Skills: Persuasion, Negotiation, client communication and customer management.
- Requires a strong customer focus with customer-facing service industry experience.
- Solid PC operational knowledge along with Microsoft Office applications experience.
- Preferred if candidate possess an undergraduate degree or college certificate.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with minimum B2 English level.
- Effective presentation and customer relations skills, with excellent listening skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Good analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Goal-oriented, self-disciplined, and self-motivated to produce results.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
