We are seeking a skilled Logistics Sales Expert to join our team in North Point. This role offers an exciting opportunity to foster new business growth and achieve 100% account retention.

Job DescriptionThe Logistics Sales Expert will be responsible for building relationships with new prospects and existing customers through virtual meetings, phone calls, and presentations. Key responsibilities include:
- Selling and promoting transportation solutions to new or active customers
- Working with Customer Care Teams to ensure all customer inquiries are promptly addressed
- Collaborating with colleagues across the client's organization to share knowledge and best practices
- Staying up-to-date on logistics market trends and developments
- Negotiating and closing deals to grow revenue
- Managing the sales process from start to finish using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
We offer a competitive salary of COP $2'200.000 per year, plus uncapped commissions. Our benefits package includes weekends off, a site in North Point, paid training, long-term contract, career development programs, coworker fund, and volunteering programs.
