Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Senior Sales Management to comprehend short-term and long-term strategic objectives, contributing to the creation of tools, processes, and campaigns that support corporate target achievement.
- Develop and maintain a revision-controlled sales process to ensure all sales staff and associated departments utilize the latest instructions for managing leads.
- Promote process excellence within the Sales Software Development and maintenance teams, encompassing Geomapping, Configure, CRM, Pricing tool, proposal templates, and pipeline tools.
- Understand, develop, and publish sales measurement reports, working closely with IT and department heads to gather necessary information for report creation and moving towards automated dashboard reporting.
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive sales training matrix to track and record sales personnel training records and identify potential training opportunities.
- Support Regional Sales Management in creating and deploying onboarding and training programs for new Sales professionals.
- Foster a culture of customer service, trust, continuous improvement, safety, reliability, quality, accountability, and discipline among both internal and external customers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for CRM-related inquiries.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Management or Sales Process management
- Demonstrated expertise in developing sales processes and procedures
- A leader in change management, with a proven ability to proactively identify problems and propose effective solutions
- Proven experience in building foundational elements in sales management tools
- Strong understanding of CRM (HubSpot), design software, and sales metric dashboards
