Sales Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Strategist to join our team in Colombia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and profitability in the skincare channel.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement sales strategies for the skincare channel in Colombia, working closely with cross-functional teams to maximize sales and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at retail partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and execute national customer strategies to drive revenue growth, improve profitability, and increase market share.
  • Analyze business drivers, distribution channels, promotions, and secondary placements to inform sales strategies and optimize sales performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute on- and offline marketing initiatives to support sales objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to customers and stakeholders to promote Beiersdorf's products and services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Sales, Marketing, Shopper and Category Management) with at least 5 years of professional experience.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Practical experience in negotiation and discussion techniques with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving profitability.
  • Familiarity with the skincare industry and experience working in specialized channels is highly desirable.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications. Beiersdorf offers a competitive compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
