About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Sales Strategist to join our team at Pearl. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving B2B sales in the US market and accelerating growth by increasing subscription rates.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in selling software solutions and exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You will be fluent in English and have a proven ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive Sales and User Engagement
  • Maintain consistent communication through calls, emails, and in-app messages.
  • Conduct tailored product demonstrations highlighting how the solution meets specific client needs.
  • Address and resolve objections with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Collaborate with trial users to optimize their experience and ensure smooth transitions to subscriptions.
Enhance Client Retention and Feedback
  • Actively listen to user challenges and provide effective, personalized solutions.
  • Share user insights with the product team to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop trust and foster strong relationships to encourage long-term partnerships.
Refine Sales Processes
  • Help create and improve playbooks and sales scripts for consistent, effective communication.
  • Leverage insights from customer interactions to enhance sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize onboarding and user engagement.
