Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative to join our pioneering company at the forefront of workplace mental health innovation.
About the Role
This dynamic position offers a unique blend of sales expertise and meaningful impact, as you'll be promoting services that genuinely improve people's lives. You'll manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals, targeting HR departments in various enterprises.
Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted outbound sales calls to HR departments in the Denver area and surrounding states
- Qualify leads and generate interest in workplace mental health training workshops
- Schedule appointments with key decision-makers for client presentations
- Closing deals for training sessions ranging from one-hour to three-hour workshops
- Manage the complete sales process from first contact to successful closure
- Achieve a daily target of approximately 50 phone calls
- Coordinate with the client on availability and scheduling of training sessions
- Maintain accurate sales activity records in the provided CRM system
- Contribute to the development and refinement of sales strategies
Requirements
- 2-3 years of proven experience in outbound B2B sales
- Exceptional phone presence and communication skills
- Strong self-motivation and effective time management abilities
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales-related software
- Genuine interest in personal development and workplace mental health
- Ability to work part-time, 4 hours daily (9 AM to 1 PM Mountain Time), 5 days a week
- Adaptability to work independently in a remote setting
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning and staying updated on mental health trends
- Resilience and ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced sales environment
Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year
