About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts in Colombia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and increasing market share through effective business strategies and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and expand our market presence.
  • Lead and manage high-performing sales teams to meet and exceed targets, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Monitor sales performance and propose corrective actions when necessary to ensure revenue targets are met.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including EPS, IPS, and other institutional partners.
  • Promote our product portfolio by engaging with the medical community, particularly gynecologists, to ensure successful adoption of our contraceptive methods.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • +5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in institutional and trade channels for contraceptives products.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • A strong background in managing sales teams and building relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Deep knowledge of institutional and trade channels.
  • Proven expertise in promoting pharmaceuticals and medical devices.
