Strategic Sales Consultant for Automotive Industry

This is a dynamic role that requires an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in the automotive sector. As a Strategic Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for managing commercial relationships with dealerships in Colombia, providing ongoing consulting services to maximize sales performance, and developing customized sales and activation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform direct commercial attention with dealer networks in Colombia, serving as the primary point of contact for product-related issues
- Manage negotiations related to the activation of specific products, ensuring compliance with commercial goals and objectives
- Develop sales and activation strategies tailored to the needs of each dealership and local market context
- Provide ongoing consulting to dealers, offering ideas, training, and support to boost sales performance and enhance product loyalty
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with internal teams to ensure dealers receive necessary support for successful activations. Additionally, you will participate in relevant meetings, events, and trainings, representing the company and maintaining strong relationships with dealers.
To succeed in this position, you should possess excellent interpersonal relationship skills, ability to handle uncertainty or ambiguity, and assertively communicate your ideas and analyze/present information clearly. Self-motivation, proactivity, entrepreneurial spirit, tenacity, and high personal integrity are essential qualities for this role.
We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This estimate is based on industry standards and location-specific factors. Please note that actual compensation may vary depending on individual circumstances.
