Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Business Strategies: Drive sales growth, increase market share, and align with company objectives.
  • Lead and Manage Sales Teams: Meet and exceed targets, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Control and Manage Sales Budget: Optimize resource allocation and adhere to financial objectives.
  • Monitor Sales Performance: Ensure achievement of revenue targets and propose corrective actions when necessary.
  • Establish Strong Relationships: Foster ties with EPS, IPS, and key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have +5 years experience in managing sales teams, deep knowledge of institutional and trade channels, and proven expertise in building relationships with key stakeholders. They will also focus on promoting the portfolio of contraceptive methods, leveraging their network within the medical community to ensure product adoption.
