Sales Manager, Demand Partnerships Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager, Demand Partnerships to join our team at Equativ in Colombia. Our team is comprised of high-energy and results-driven professionals who bring our media services and ad tech products to the market each day, working with clients across agencies, in-house brand teams, and platform partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a high volume of daily prospect-to-client meetings to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  2. Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to identify new business opportunities and leverage existing relationships to increase revenue.
  3. Conduct virtual or in-person sales meetings with agencies and advertisers to promote Equativ's media solutions and self-service buying tools.
  4. Collaborate with our marketing team to create custom auction packages for premium inventory and support revenue growth.
  5. Develop a deep understanding of the programmatic market and the Equativ - EBC platform's functionality to provide expert guidance to clients.
  6. Articulate and address technical issues, creating solutions where possible to ensure client satisfaction.
  7. Operate and grow business with digital buyers and CTV in media agencies, trading desks, and direct advertisers.
  8. Sell Equativ's media solutions and promote the use of Equativ's self-service buying tools to increase revenue and expand our client base.
  9. Build strong relationships with buyers through regular meetings, calls, inventory reporting, and recommendations to drive revenue growth.
  10. Ensure focus is maintained on goals that will have the greatest impact on demand business to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  11. Increase awareness of our ad inventory offering and create a reputation of excellence for Equativ in the market.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing.
  2. +5 years in digital sales, with a proven track record on the demand side, especially among agencies and ATDs.
  3. Hands-on experience working with Trading Desks, DSPs, DMPs, data providers, or other programmatic platforms.
  4. Sales-oriented, hunter mentality, and focused on identifying new business opportunities, leveraging knowledge and credibility to change customer behavior and increase revenue.
  5. Entrepreneurial spirit, creative and open-minded, with expertise in identifying opportunities and strong networks on the demand side.
  6. Autonomous and entrepreneurial mindset.
