About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive - Hunter to join our team at Lifull Connect. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing new relationships with professional real estate agents and agencies, and driving sales growth for our leading product, Proppit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and attract new clients to increase our client base and overall revenue for the region.
  • Expand the company's client portfolio and the volume of businesses created.
  • Exceed monthly sales targets by driving new opportunities and growing the value of your portfolio.
  • Demonstrate the value and benefits of our product by following a consultative sales methodology.
  • Interact and negotiate with key decision-makers of the client's business in a complex sales cycle.
  • Track all opportunities and customer details in HubSpot (our CRM tool).
  • Adapt to the overall sales strategy defined by the company.
Requirements
  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in sales, preferably within a SaaS or digital business.
  • Track record of successful selling and client management of mid-market and enterprise companies.
  • Advanced user of CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with high orientation to achieving objectives.
  • A university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar will be a plus.
  • Native level of Spanish and professional level of English will be a plus.
