The RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales cycle, and ensuring the fulfillment of company goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Achieve assigned sales quotas and meet profitability expectations.
- Develop new business opportunities across global markets, identifying merchant prospects, additional verticals, and market opportunities.
- Manage the full sales process, from lead generation to closing agreements, and monitoring account performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful account management and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain product knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and providing feedback to sales and product management.
- Participate in ad-hoc marketing activities to increase PayU's visibility in current and expanding markets.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B business or fintech.
- Experience in budget management, forecasting, pricing, and account profitability reviews.
- Good understanding of the payments and fintech industry is a plus.
- Proficient English level (mandatory).
