Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service, customer success, or related field
- Strong understanding of customer service and retention best practices
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Proficient in relevant computer software and tools
Salary Estimate: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum based on industry standards and location factors.
