We're looking for a Customer Success Executive to work with our clients to expand and accelerate value from their investment in our platform. This means working closely with our GTM team in LATAM to identify, mature, and close ARR opportunities.
This role will position the Customer Success Executive as a trusted advisor for the client. They'll work closely with our AE on strategic and major accounts, along with Solution Consultants and Professional Services.
The Customer Success Executive will hold the relationship with the client and be the human face of Bizagi. They'll orchestrate the engagement between client and Bizagi, ensuring we mitigate risks through proper governance and cadence of meetings.
Challenges and responsibilities:
- Client retention and account expansion through customer satisfaction and value
- Identifying opportunities within the client organization to expand from an enterprise perspective
- Establishing the appropriate engagement cadence with the client organization, orchestrating this for all capabilities
- Development of a roadmap with the client for ongoing delivery
- Building and shaping the demand to deploy value chain within the client organizations
- Managing and adhering to the CS journey stages
- Advice on the automation factory / CoE within the client organization, including the introduction of partners
- Articulate an excellent understanding of each product and solution, and how our BPM Suite can be used to improve business performance
- Independently create and deliver unique client presentations, skilled at leading verbal client presentations
Requirements:
- From 7 to 10 years of Consulting Experience at a senior level - mandatory
- Knows business processes through their background in Industry
- Previous experience with large complex solution sales – Senior Presales lead
- Sales experience within the BPM or Enterprise Software marketplace
- Ability to grasp new concepts easily, and be able to present them in a simplified manner to clients and potential prospects
- Understand IT and BPM concepts is a must
- Advanced level of English is mandatory
