Overview

Are you passionate about the logistics and management of bulk liquid transportation? At Stolt Tank Containers (STC), we pride ourselves on our advanced tank container and terminal operations in strategic markets.

We are seeking a Fleet Support Coordinator to enhance our Fleet Support Team, focusing on the management of fleet and maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate depot inventory and tank status. Assist in the proper data entry for the Tank Technical system regarding both new and existing tanks, including drawings and test certificates.
  • Process repair estimates for standard and specialized tank containers as necessary.
  • Track regulatory testing requirements for all tanks within your designated area.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations and Commercial Teams to ensure effective execution of Maintenance & Repair programs, maintaining STC's depot infrastructure at the highest standards.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings with depot suppliers and internal stakeholders as required.
  • Provide consistent updates on depot performance metrics to management.
  • Assist the Fleet Support Team with various projects, including new depot onboarding and audits.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Mechanical or Naval Engineering is preferred.
  • At least two (2) years of relevant experience in logistics or Mechanical/Naval engineering, or equivalent experience in lieu of formal education.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications and computerized inventory management systems is advantageous.
